FOR INDEPENDENT PEOPLE DOING GOOD WORK01 — MAKE IT SIMPLE
ONE TOOL. TWO WAYS IN.

Just this invoice.
Or the bigger picture.

01 / QUICK INVOICE

Start with what’s
in front of you.

Add your details, describe the work and check the preview.

Make your first invoice
02 / YOUR WORKSPACE

Pick up where
you left off.

Reuse clients and services. Copy past work. Keep quotes, sending records and payments connected.

Take a look around Browser-local tool. No email delivery or bank connection.
HOW IT WORKS

Three steps to a clearer draft.

01

Add the work

Fill in or choose a client and line items. Include the project details you need.

02

Check the details

Review amounts, payment terms and the live preview.

03

Keep a copy

Download a Draft PDF or confirm a PDF without the Draft label. Save separately to this browser’s workspace.

No account, email delivery, online payment or cloud sync is connected.

EVERY INVOICE HAS A NEXT STEP

From “let’s do it”
to knowing where things stand.

01

Agree on the work

Keep your quote, and turn an accepted yes into an invoice.

02

Make it yours

Clear line items. A readable invoice. Details that carry through.

03

Record the handoff

Mark your own external send. A download alone is never a send.

04

Keep track of payment

Record full or partial payments, with the balance always in view.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions, answered.

See how it works

Do I need an account?

No. Create a PDF or use the free local workspace without an account. Account saving and cloud sync are not connected.

Where is my data stored?

Drafts and workspace records stay in this browser on this device. They do not sync across devices. Clearing browser data can remove them; download full backups and keep them in a private place outside this browser. Hosting providers process access and error logs; browser-local storage does not mean zero network activity.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Edit and preview on your phone, then choose Draft PDF or confirm an export without the Draft label. Each device keeps separate browser data.

Can I record a partial payment?

Yes. Record a full or partial payment manually and view the remaining balance. This does not charge your customer or verify that money reached a bank.

Which saved drafts can I edit?

An eligible invoice draft can be edited until sending, payment or quote relationships restrict it. Other records remain read-only; an independent correction draft does not change the original.

How do quotes and estimates work?

Choose Quote or Estimate to label your proposed work. Both keep their own titles and terms in either PDF export mode. You can mark a quote or estimate accepted and convert it into a linked invoice. Downloading a PDF does not send it to your customer.

A PDF without the Draft label requires confirmation. Removing the label is not legal certification. Downloading is not sending; manual payment records do not charge customers or verify bank receipts. No tax or legal validity is guaranteed.
