Rates: 0–10,000, up to two decimals. Each line rounds half up to cents. No tax, discounts, shipping, deposits or payment balance calculations. Review inputs and totals.

What to fill in
- Identify the work area and agreed service scope.
- Add certification references only if actually issued; this invoice is not a safety certificate.
Locate the completed electrical task
Specify the room, work area or equipment location and describe the work performed, such as fitting replacement lights. A property manager can then connect each charge to a work order instead of guessing which part of the site was serviced.
Distinguish supplied fittings from fitting time
Where the agreement separates them, count supplied fixtures, switches or other components apart from installation labour. If the customer supplied a fitting, describe the installation work without charging for supply. Reference any separately issued testing document by its actual identifier.
Electrical invoice questions
How do I show work in several units at one property?
Identify the unit or area in each task description and use the property work-order reference to connect the rows. Do not combine different units under an ambiguous site-wide task.
Can I separate fittings and installation?
Yes. List fittings by item or set and installation by agreed hours or fixed scope.
Is this an electrical safety certificate?
No. The invoice does not certify inspections, permits or electrical safety.
