PDF is for printing, without fillable fields. Word tables are editable; neither format calculates totals. Excel: eight lines, CAD only. Quantities: 0–10,000, up to three decimals. Rates: 0–10,000, up to two decimals. Each line rounds half up to cents. No tax, discounts, shipping, deposits or payment balance calculations. Review inputs and totals.
Choose “Use this template” to edit online and export a completed PDF. Offline downloads leave your browser draft untouched.

Turn a visit into a readable task list
For a visit covering several small jobs, name each completed repair and the room or fitting involved. A customer can then distinguish the door adjustment from the shelf repair without needing a long narrative about the entire visit.
Choose one basis for shared visit time
If one call-out covers travel and an initial block of work, describe that inclusion before adding extra time. When tasks share one hourly labour charge, list that time once and summarize the completed tasks in its description rather than charging the full visit duration against every repair.
Handyman invoice questions
When should I choose the contractor template instead?
Use handyman for a visit covering several small repairs. The contractor template is another starting point for one defined installation or repair scope. Choose the example whose rows are closer to your agreed work.
How do I show a minimum call-out fee?
Add a clearly labelled fixed-fee row. If it includes initial labour, explain that scope to avoid counting the same time twice.
Where should materials go?
List separately charged materials on their own rows. Enter your agreed charges; there is no automatic markup calculator.
