What to fill in
- Use a job or equipment reference without unnecessary personal details.
- Describe completed service; this invoice does not certify refrigerant work or inspections.
Connect the service to the equipment
Name the serviced unit or system and the work-order reference, especially where a site has several similar units. Describe the completed check, cleaning or repair instead of using “maintenance” for every charge.
Distinguish upkeep from a repair
A routine check and a component replacement are different activities. State which tasks the service fee includes, then add separately agreed repairs or filters. If several systems were serviced on different dates, keep the units and dates clear rather than billing an unexplained number of visits.

Where should I identify equipment?
Use Project reference for an equipment or work order reference, with a model description in the row if needed.
How do I show an included maintenance visit?
Describe it as part of the billed service package rather than adding a second fee. Charge separately only for work outside the package that was agreed as an extra.
Does this schedule maintenance visits?
No. List the service dates yourself; recurring billing and maintenance scheduling are not available.
