What to fill in
- List serviced dates and the agreed cleaning scope.
- Record water readings and chemical application details separately; no dosage is calculated.
Describe the pool service actually completed
A routine visit might cover debris removal, brushing and vacuuming, while a filter clean or seasonal opening has a different scope. Name the service rather than charging for an unexplained “pool package.” Keep water readings and treatment records in the maintenance log.
Separate visits from supplied materials
When supplies are outside the visit fee, identify the product quantity and billing unit separately. For several serviced pools at one property, label each pool or work area so the customer can match the work to the right location.
Pool cleaning invoice questions
Can I list several pool visits?
Yes. Use dated rows or a visit count covering explicitly listed dates.
Can a seasonal opening be separate from routine cleaning?
Yes. Name the opening service and what its agreed fee covers, then keep routine cleaning visits outside that charge only if separately billed.
Does this recommend chemical dosage?
No. The invoice does not calculate dosage, assess water safety or schedule maintenance.
