What to fill in
- State inside or outside access and the window count used for pricing.
- List screens, tracks or access charges separately when agreed.
Explain what your window count means
A pane count, a window-unit count and a whole-property visit can describe different quantities. Use the counting basis from the quote and identify the side cleaned. Where access or scope varies by floor or elevation, separate those areas instead of combining unlike work under one count.
Distinguish glass cleaning from restoration
Routine glass cleaning is different from separately agreed restoration or post-construction work. Describe the service performed, and list screens, tracks or other extras only when outside the main price. Do not label an ordinary clean as restoration simply because the glass was dirty.
Window cleaning invoice questions
Should I count a two-pane window as one or two?
Use the counting basis agreed in the quote and say whether quantity means panes or complete window units. The label alone should not leave the customer guessing.
Where do screens and tracks go?
Add separate rows when priced separately, or state that they are included in the main row.
Does the tool measure window area?
No. Enter your own measured quantity and agreed unit; there is no measurement or access-risk calculator.
